Each year, the trucking industry comes together in Olympia to send a clear and unified message: we are the backbone of the economy and a critical lifeline that keeps goods moving, shelves stocked, and industries thriving. Event Logistics

Morning Meet-Up:
Please plan to arrive at the WTA Office between 7:30 AM and 7:45 AM.

• Free parking is available in the WTA parking lot or along the side of the building in the cul-de-sac.
• A light breakfast will be provided.
• A complimentary shuttle will begin transporting groups to the Capitol Campus.

Meetings Begin:
Legislative meetings may begin as early as 8:15 AM.

Wrap-Up Social

After a full day on the Hill, please join us for a non-hosted Happy Hour at:

Nicole’s Bar – Downtown Olympia
Beginning at 4:00 PM (or whenever your meetings conclude).
